Treat yourself to our Wellness Lunch and Learn! This potluck lunch will offer an opportunity to practice the 3LS Wellness Program consisting of (Skilled) Relaxation, (Right) Exercise, and (Whole Foods) Diet.
Note that stress reduction, proper diet, and movement are the three things that impact health the most — learn how to accomplish all your healthy practices for the day in one hour!
The event will start promptly at 12:00 noon and will consist of:
Exercise: 15 – 20 minutes of gentle guided exercise.
Skilled Relaxation: 15 – 20 minutes of Skilled Relaxation (we will teach you how to do it).
Whole Foods Diet: 20 – 30 minutes for lunch. Stay longer to converse and network with others interested in a healthy lifestyle. Bring your own food to eat and/or bring a whole foods dish to share with others. We will provide a selection of sugar-free beverages and several sugar-free desserts.
Suggested donation: $3 to $10 to reimburse any sugar-free desserts and beverages you consume and more if possible to support the Stoll Foundation. If you can’t afford a donation, come anyway (please bring a dish to share.) We hope to see you there!
